Wellhead supply

Wellhead Parts and Replacements

We identify, source and deliver wellhead components and spares from Houston, including obsolete models where the original manufacturer no longer supports the tag.

From a nameplate photo to a certified part on site

Most wellhead requests do not arrive as a clean part number. They arrive as a photograph of a corroded nameplate, a hand-written tag or a drawing that no longer matches what is installed. Our first job is identification: manufacturer, series, nominal bore, working pressure, trim and connection type.

Once the component is identified we source it as an original part, a certified equivalent or a documented upgrade, and we say clearly which of the three you are buying. Every option is quoted with material traceability and the certification package your quality department needs to accept it.

What we supply

API 6A wellhead components

Casing heads, tubing heads, hangers, adapters and spools across common pressure ratings and material classes.

Valves and chokes

Gate valves, manual and adjustable chokes, actuators and the trim options that match the produced fluid.

Seals, packings and elastomers

Ring gaskets, seal assemblies and elastomer kits selected for temperature class, pressure and fluid service.

Obsolete and legacy equipment

Identification of discontinued series and sourcing of certified equivalents when the original model is no longer produced.

Why this is worth outsourcing

  • Identification from photographs and nameplate data, not just part numbers.
  • Sour service requirements reviewed against NACE MR0175 before quotation.
  • Certified equivalents proposed with the differences written down, never substituted silently.
  • Full certification package assembled with the shipment.

How it works

  1. 1. Send what you have

Photographs, nameplate data, drawings or an old purchase order. Partial information is normal and workable.

  2. 2. Identification and review

We confirm the component, pressure rating, metallurgy and service conditions before pricing anything.

  3. 3. Quotation with options

Original, certified equivalent or upgrade, each with lead time and documentation scope.

  4. 4. Supply and delivery

Order placed, production expedited, documentation assembled and freight coordinated to your site.

Common questions

Can you identify a part from a photo?

Usually yes. A clear nameplate photograph plus the pressure rating and bore is normally enough to identify the series and the correct spare.

What if the manufacturer discontinued the model?

We identify a certified equivalent and document the dimensional and material differences so your engineering team can approve it before the order.

Do you supply for sour service?

Yes. Sour service is confirmed at the review stage and materials are specified to NACE MR0175 with the supporting certificates.

Send us the tag and we will identify it

Share a photograph or the nameplate data and we will come back with the component, the options and the lead time.
